POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES
Suitability of accommodation
We can host up to 13 people. No parties and loud groups. We ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Arrival and departure

Check-in time is from 4 PM to 22 PM

Check-out time is until 10 AM
We appreciate your advising us on your exact check-in time.

Linen and towels
Linen and (kitchen) towels are included. When you arrive a freshly made bed is waiting for you.

WiFi
Access to WiFi is free for registered guests.
​
Parking
Free parking available on the accommodation's premises for 4 cars.
​
Breakfast
Breakfast is not served at the house. Guests can make their own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Reservation guarantees
To guarantee your reservation you will be asked to pay upfront. After the full payment has been received, the reservation is guaranteed.
​
Cancellations
Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 60 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
​
Non-arrival
In case of non-arrival the house will be held until the following day in case there has been an unforeseen delay, and guests have been unable to contact us. After that the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
After check-in, if guests shorten their stay, full payment will be forfeited.
​
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
​
Pets and animals
Pets and animals are not allowed on the property.
​
Payments
We ask our guests to transfer the payment to the dedicated bank account.
​
Lost and found
We do not assume any liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please let us know immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
Lost & Found items are held for fourteen days if they are not claimed by guests.

Damage and/or theft of hotel property
Guests are liable for any damage they cause (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the house or property.

Disputes and Claims
Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these policies shall come under the jurisdiction of the most competent court in the Netherlands.
